Fru.it is an Italian brand of women’s footwear made to the highest quality standards of Made in Italy. The correct spelling is Fru.it; the pronunciation remains the same, but the brand is almost always known as Fruit.

The name is English, but the brand is 100% Italian, based in the homeland of footwear, the Marche region. The operational hub is in Porto Sant'Elpidio, an area where the best Italian shoe manufacturers are concentrated.

All Fru.it footwear is produced with the highest-quality materials and comes from decades of experience. The history of the brand began in 1979 when the brothers Vincenzo, Silvano, and Umberto Tombolini founded the Tombolini company.
Over the years, the company structure has undergone several changes, with important expansions also at the structural level. In 1998 the company moved to a new industrial building of about 3,000 square meters, with a showroom, offices, and warehouse integrated.
But the real turning point dates back to 2007, when the Tombolini company became Fru.it and increasingly opened up to the international market.
Now the Fruit shoes have conquered global markets and are sold in countries such as Germany, France, Turkey, Belgium, the USA, the Netherlands, France, the USA, and Japan.
What has remained unchanged is the high quality standard, also recognized by the ISO 9001 certification obtained in 2002.
