Terms of service
All purchases made from our website are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no.185 of 22/05/1999 and subsequent amendments, regarding distance contracts.
WHAT IS MEANT BY DISTANCE CONTRACT For online sales contract, we mean the distance contract, namely the legal transaction concerning the purchase of products, entered into between BRIDGE Srl with registered office at Via Cavour 1, Cap 10123 Turin (Italy) VAT number: 06662470019 Tel. 011/532075, and a consumer, made remotely, via the telematic network, on the website www.commetoi.it. BRIDGE Srl with registered office at Via Cavour 1, Cap 10123 Turin (Italy) VAT number: 06662470019 Tel. 011/532075, carries out a distance selling activity of clothing, footwear, and accessories. Therefore, it is to be considered as the SELLING PARTY.
Following are the contractual conditions:
1. ORDERS
Orders can be placed via the internet on www.commetoi.it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon validation, an email will be sent to the customer to confirm their registration.
2. SALES PRICES
All prices indicated on www.commetoi.it are intended to be VAT INCLUDED for shipments in Italy. As for international shipments, any payment of customs duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment of the price and the related shipping costs (see Shipments point 8 and 9) can only be made by the consumer through the methods indicated in "Payments" (see Payments points 4 and 5). BRIDGE Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, but is equally committed to applying the prices indicated on www.commetoi.it at the time of order placement.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability indicated on www.commetoi.it is indicative and does not constitute a contractual obligation. Such availability is updated in real-time with physical stores every 5 minutes. Based on the time difference between the stores and the update of the Site, the size or ordered product may be unavailable. The e-shop program will, in any case, allow for the reservation and payment of the item, and the customer must wait for a confirmation email on the actual availability of the size or ordered product.
In the case of actual unavailability or non-bookability, the order will be considered not made, and the amount will be refunded.
4. PAYMENTS IN ITALY
BRIDGE Srl makes the following payment options available to its customers:
- PAYPAL: Customers who choose this payment method will be directed to the secure PayPal gateway. Financial information will be collected by PayPal without www.commetoi.it or third parties ever having access to it. Moreover, such information will never be reused except to issue refunds in case of any returns.
- CREDIT CARD (VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD)
- CASH ON DELIVERY, releasing the amount in cash with a surcharge of €6.00 upon delivery.
- BANK TRANSFER: Customers are informed that the product will be delivered only upon successful accreditation to the following account number:

5. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
The following payment methods are available for customers outside Italy:
- PAYPAL (Customers who choose this payment method will be directed to the secure PayPal gateway. Moreover, such information will never be reused except to issue refunds in case of any returns).

- FOREIGN BANK TRANSFER (Customers are informed that the product will be delivered only upon successful accreditation to the following account number:

6. ISSUANCE OF THE PURCHASE ATTESTATION DOCUMENT
BRIDGE Srl undertakes to issue a pro forma invoice certifying the customer's purchase. This invoice will be sent inside the package containing the purchased item.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
In case the product has manufacturing defects (such as stains, defective buttons or zippers, poorly made seams...), it is BRIDGE Srl's obligation to apply the same conditions provided for by the right of withdrawal legislation, without any delivery costs for the return by the customer. Products that have particular characteristics (such as frayed edges, tears, uneven washing, etc.) that are part of the product and make it unique do not fall under the category of manufacturing defects. If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, BRIDGE Srl assumes no responsibility for it, as the packaging it carries complies with the courier's provisions.
8. NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Order shipments are made by DHL courier throughout the national territory, including islands.
Shipments within the national territory are free for amounts over €150.00. The delivery fee (€6.00) is charged to the customer for amounts less than €150.00.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order. The time required for delivery may vary from 1 to 3 working days (up to 5 days for the islands). The delivery times indicated on our website are indicative and may change. We also remind customers that couriers carry out the transport and delivery of products only on weekdays (e.g., for a product ordered on a Saturday morning, the days must be counted starting from Monday morning, assuming the product is available). Bridge S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to any delay in delivery or loss or damage to the order by the courier. In case the order is not delivered within the specified time, Bridge Srl can, at the request of the customers, investigate the reasons for such delay. During this period (approximately 30 days), it will not be possible to proceed with the refund or a new shipment of the order.
New customers are informed that the first order may be verified by the bank that issued their credit card. This verification may cause a delay of a few days in the shipment of their first order.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the package is intact and that there has been no tampering or removal of the packaging seal. It is recommended to open the package in front of the courier and verify that the product is the one ordered and that it does not have any visible damage or anomalies, except for any processing peculiarities of the product (e.g., washing, tearing, fraying...). If no problems are found, accept the delivery. In case of non-conformity or apparent damage, refuse delivery unequivocally. Return the package to the courier with the indication of "damaged goods" or "goods not conforming to what was ordered."
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
International orders are shipped by DHL courier, and delivery charges are the customer's responsibility, including customs duties and taxes.

Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the package is intact and that there has been no tampering or removal of the packaging seal. It is recommended to open the package in front of the courier and verify that the product is the one ordered and that it does not have any visible damage or anomalies, except for any processing peculiarities of the product (e.g., washing, tearing, fraying...). If no problems are found, accept the delivery. In case of non-conformity or apparent damage, refuse delivery unequivocally. Return the package to the courier with the indication of "damaged goods" or "goods not conforming to what was ordered."
10. SHIPPING ERROR
The product replacement procedure for a shipping error can be activated when BRIDGE Srl has mistakenly shipped a product different from the one the customer ordered and therefore not present in their order. The procedure can be activated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The service can be activated by sending an email to shop@commetoi.it with the subject "Wrong shipment". Shipping costs are borne by BRIDGE Srl and the shipment must be made by express courier DHL. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, warranty seals and any other accessories possibly present in the received package. The product must not show any signs that may suggest its possible use. Opening the package will be allowed, as necessary, only in the event that the packaging does not allow verification of the ordered product compared to the one delivered. In case the item on your invoice is no longer available, you will be contacted by BRIDGE Srl who will credit your bank account, postal account or Paypal account depending on how the first payment was received.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with their order, they can exercise the right of withdrawal (refund, replacement of the item) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package. The customer must ensure that they have respected the following withdrawal conditions:
- the products must not have been used, modified, washed or damaged.
- the identification tags must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal.
The returned products must be sent in a single shipment to COMME TOI, Via Cavour 1 - 10123 - TORINO ITALY. The proforma purchase invoice or the fiscal receipt must be included inside the package. Once all the required conditions have been met, Bridge Srl will refund the entire price of the product(s) within 14 calendar days, bearing the return costs. Returns without prior communication via email to shop@commetoi.it and related authorization to return by us will not be accepted.
