SHIPPING METHODS
Shipments in Italy can be made by choosing DHL Express or TNT Italy as the courier, or by having the package delivered to a post office or Locker. For shipments in Europe and the rest of the world, it is possible to choose DHL Express or Fedex as the courier.Bridge srl does not deliver to P.O. boxes. The cost of shipping is intended for total delivery. Any partial deliveries must be agreed with customer service.
Order processing takes place during working hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00. Bridge srl undertakes to deliver orders received by the courier by 15.00 on the same day. Holidays are an exception.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping in Italy is free for orders starting from 150€. In other areas, shipping depends on the total amount of the order.INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EU AREA
The shipment of international orders is made through DHL courier and delivery costs are borne by the customer, including taxes and any customs duties.SHIPMENTS TO RUSSIA
Shipments to Russia are subject to particular customs regulations that establish limits on the weight and value of goods that can be imported.Goods sent to each individual will be subject to import duties if within a calendar month their value exceeds the amount of 1000 euros and the total weight is 31 kg. In case of excess of the aforementioned tariffs, customs duties are set at 30% of the amount exceeding 1000 euros.
Shipments to the Russian Federation are made by Boxberry courier. Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the delivery area.
The cost of shipping is 25 euros for orders up to 300 euros and free for orders of higher value.
Any extra costs of customs duties are not attributable to Bridge srl, and in any case any costs of return/customs clearance of the goods due to non-compliance by the customer, will be deducted from any refund.
Returns are at the customer's expense and must be made by traditional mail.
