RETURN MODE
You have 15 (fifteen) days of time to make your return request. In Italy the return costs are free, while in the other areas has a contribution that will follow the table below.

Except for specific cases, the refund will be equal to the price of the product with the exception of delivery and/or cash on delivery costs.
Returns are not accepted for customized products
You will receive an email containing instructions for the return. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached and the COMME TOI disposable seal intact. Write the authorization code received in the return sheet and place it inside the package. When verifying the integrity of the product (as per the Terms & Conditions), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded while any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be retained by Bridge Srl.
